Oaxaca

Day 1: Arrival in Oaxaca
Arrive in Oaxaca and transfer to your boutique hotel. The remainder of the day is free to settle in, wander nearby streets, or relax into the rhythm of the city.

Day 2: Stone and sky at Hierve el Agua
Travel into the Oaxacan countryside for a private excursion to Hierve el Agua. Walk the petrified waterfalls and soak in mineral pools overlooking wide valleys and distant mountains. Lunch is included at a simple countryside restaurant before returning to Oaxaca mid-afternoon. The evening is at leisure.

Day 3: A slow day, shaped by flavor
Spend the day at leisure exploring galleries, cafés, and shaded plazas at your own pace. In the evening, gather for a curated seven moles tasting, followed by an intimate mezcal tasting at a local mezcalería, where agave varieties and regional expressions take center stage.
Barefoot days, open horizons

Puerto Escondido

Day 4: From valleys to the Pacific
Transfer to the airport and fly south to Puerto Escondido. Upon arrival, settle into your coastal hotel and spend the rest of the day unwinding by the sea, the pool, or your private terrace.

Day 5: Mangroves and living water
Set out on a private, full-day boat journey through the Laguna de Chacahua. Glide through mangrove channels and open lagoon waters, pausing for a private picnic lunch with chilled champagne in a scenic, shaded spot. As night falls, witness bioluminescence shimmer across the water before returning to Puerto Escondido late in the evening.

Day 6: Pacific time
A full day at leisure. Swim, walk the beach, rest in the shade, or simply let the hours stretch. Optional activities can be arranged, or the day can remain entirely unstructured.

Day 7: A quiet farewell by the sea
Enjoy a final day at leisure before gathering in the evening for a private beachfront farewell dinner, set to the sound of the Pacific and the fading light of sunset.
