Day 1: Arrival in the Amazon
Fly from Quito to Coca, then glide deep into the jungle by private canoe. At La Selva Lodge, settle into your luxury suite overlooking the lagoon. That evening, dine by candlelight as frogs sing and night falls softly across the water.
Day 2: Rainforest Rhythms
Set out on a guided hike through dense jungle, listening for howler monkeys, toucans, and the rustle of unseen creatures. In the afternoon, paddle through misty river channels, your kayak slicing through still, enchanted waters.
Day 3: Canopy & Creatures of the Night
Climb the canopy tower at dawn for a view above the trees. Later, drift by canoe or visit hidden coves where pink dolphins swim. As darkness falls, follow your guide into the forest for a night walk under starlight.
Day 4: Slow Jungle Morning
Spend your final morning as you wish: birdwatching, walking quiet trails, or reading in the stillness of your suite. A final glow lingers over the lagoon before your return upriver.
Day 5: Into the Cloud Forest
Return to Quito, then journey by private transfer to Mashpi Lodge, a sleek hideaway tucked deep within the cloud forest. Fog drifts past glass walls as the forest hums with life all around.
Day 6: Among the Treetops
Pedal across the canopy on a sky bike, suspended above rivers and forest. In the afternoon, follow your guide along a river canyon trail. That evening, share a private dinner as hummingbirds flit in the dusky light.
Day 7: Waterfalls & Wildflowers
Hike to Copal Waterfall, where orchids cling to mossy rocks and butterflies hover in the mist. Return to the lodge for a final evening of quiet reflection, wine in hand as the forest dims.
Day 8: Highlands Arrival
Travel north to Hacienda Zuleta, a 17th-century estate nestled in Andean hills. Explore trails, meet the resident embroidery artisans, or wander the gardens beneath towering peaks.
Day 9: Ride Through the Valley
Saddle up for a horseback ride through Zuleta’s highland pastures, with sweeping views and condors overhead. That evening, dine fireside with Andean flavors and mountain warmth.
Day 10: A Sky Full of Stars
Spend the day your way—visit Otavalo Market or walk through fields of wildflowers. In the evening, enjoy a private dinner at the condor-viewing platform under a sky scattered with stars.
Day 11: To the Enchanted Isles
Fly to Baltra and transfer to Pikaia Lodge, a striking eco-retreat perched in the highlands of Santa Cruz. In the afternoon, visit Tortuga Bay, where powder-white sand meets clear, rolling surf.
Day 12: Snorkeling with Sea Lions
Cruise to Santa Fe Island for a day of snorkeling in sapphire waters. Swim alongside sea lions, rays, and tropical fish, then return to Pikaia for cocktails by the pool as the sun sets over the Pacific.
Day 13: Tortoises & Lava Tunnels
Visit El Chato Reserve, where ancient tortoises roam beneath the trees. Walk through volcanic tunnels, then spend the afternoon exploring Puerto Ayora or relaxing back at the lodge.
Day 14: Floreana’s Flamingos
Sail to Floreana Island, where pink flamingos wade through shallow lagoons. At Post Office Bay, leave a handwritten note in a timeworn barrel, as sailors once did. Return with salt-kissed skin and a sense of wonder.
Day 15: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Baltra Airport for your return flight to Quito. Carry home the rhythm of rainforest rains, the glow of volcanoes, and the deep calm of island shores.
Perched on an ancient volcanic ridge in the Galápagos, Pikaia Lodge offers understated luxury with sweeping views of sea and savanna. Sleek architecture pairs with infinity pools, a private yacht, and guided excursions to encounter the islands’ wildlife up close. After days of snorkeling or hiking lava fields, return to serene comfort in one of the world’s most extraordinary settings.
In the heart of the Yasuni Biosphere Reserve, La Selva Lodge offers a polished take on the Amazon experience. Elegant cabanas open to rainforest and lake views, while expert naturalist guides lead guests to spot monkeys, macaws, and caimans. Paddle at sunrise through mirror-still waterways, climb canopy towers at sunset, and unwind in the open-air lounge as the jungle hums around you.
Hidden deep within Ecuador’s Chocó cloud forest, Mashpi Lodge is a sleek, glass-walled sanctuary suspended in the mist. Days bring sky bike rides, waterfall hikes, and canopy bridge walks through the treetops, while evenings invite spa treatments, gourmet dining, and floor-to-ceiling suites wrapped in forest views. It’s a place where rare wildlife and refined comfort meet in perfect harmony.
Set on a 17th-century estate in the Andean highlands, Hacienda Zuleta pairs historic elegance with living tradition. Fireplaces, mountain views, and hand-embroidered linens set a refined tone, while condor conservation walks, horseback rides, and farm-fresh meals immerse guests in Ecuador’s cultural heart. Warm & welcoming, it feels like staying in a friend’s country home.
