Snorkel the hauntingly beautiful Molinere Underwater Sculpture Park, where reef life dances among coral-covered statues. Spend the afternoon at leisure, reading by the pool, napping in a hammock, or simply watching the sea shift shades.

Day 3: Jungle paths & waterfall pools
Trek through the rainforest with a private guide to Seven Sisters Waterfalls. Swim in clear pools and enjoy a gourmet picnic tucked in a quiet glade. Return to your suite for a cocoa-and-nutmeg couples’ massage, rooted in local tradition.

Day 4: Spice & starlight
Start slow with beach walks or market browsing. In the evening, dine barefoot on the beach beneath a sky full of stars. Grilled lobster, cinnamon-glazed vegetables, and the hush of waves complete the scene.

Day 5: Castaway day on Carriacou
Sail north to Carriacou and anchor at Sandy Island, a powder-sand islet with no one in sight. Snorkel, swim, and savor a chef-prepared picnic before sailing home beneath a watercolor sky.

Day 6: Spice trails & chocolate craft
Join a local chef for a sunset tour through nutmeg groves and cocoa plantations. Then head to Belmont Estate for a private bean-to-bar chocolate workshop. Mold your own treats, spiced with story and heritage.

Day 7: Rum & rhythm
Step back in time at River Antoine, the oldest rum distillery in the Caribbean. Learn the craft behind its powerful spirit, then return to Calabash for a swim and a slow afternoon in the sun.

Day 8: Frangipani nights
Spend your final day however you please: beach, market, or spa. That evening, dine privately in a candlelit garden gazebo, wrapped in the scent of frangipani and the sound of waves beyond the palms.

Day 9: Departure with a trace of spice
