Day 1: Arrival in Bajos del Toro
Land in San José and travel by private driver into the cloud forest highlands of Bajos del Toro. Arrive at El Silencio Lodge, a secluded retreat nestled among trees and waterfalls. That evening, enjoy a private riverside dinner lit by lanterns—just the two of you, the forest, and the sound of water rushing by.

Day 2: Cloud forest cascades
Join a guided hike through the surrounding cloud forest, where hidden waterfalls spill through the mist and orchids bloom on mossy branches. Return to El Silencio for an afternoon of quiet wandering or fireside rest in your villa.

Day 3: Spa rituals in the forest
Ease into the day with a private spa experience. Steam, soak, and let the rainforest soothe you as birdsong and breeze drift through the trees. Later, share a quiet riverside moment as the sun fades into the canopy.

Day 4: Journey to Arenal
Travel north to the Arenal region, where the volcano rises above jungle and lake. Check in at Nayara Springs, an adults-only sanctuary with private mineral plunge pools and lush gardens. Sip cocktails on your terrace as twilight settles over the slopes.

Day 5: Bridges, wildlife and starlit dining
Walk rainforest trails with a naturalist guide, crossing hanging bridges and spotting monkeys and tropical birds in the canopy. If you’re feeling bold, take flight on a zipline adventure. That evening, dine privately on your terrace with volcano views and candlelight all around.

Board a private catamaran for a full day of sailing along Guanacaste’s rugged shoreline. Swim, snorkel, and relax at hidden beaches. For your final night, enjoy a private ocean-view dinner under the stars.
