Cloud Forests & CoffeeDay 3: Into the Highlands of Boquete
Fly west to the misty mountains of Boquete. Finca Lerida welcomes you with fresh air and sweeping views. Walk the trails, breathe in the scent of pine, and let the stillness settle in.
Day 4: Cloud Forests & Coffee Trails
Begin the day with a guided hike to hidden waterfalls deep in the cloud forest. As dusk falls, tour a working coffee estate where the scent of roasted beans and panoramic views linger long after the sun sets.
Rainforest & ReefDay 5: To the Caribbean Coast
Fly to the archipelago of Bocas del Toro and arrive at your island retreat. Spend the afternoon unwinding at Red Frog Beach, where rainforest meets white sand and time begins to stretch.
Day 6: Jungle Trails by ATV
Take to the jungle by ATV, riding past hidden beaches, muddy tracks, and lush terrain. That evening, dine under the stars at your hotel’s open-air terrace, the sea just beyond your table.
Day 7: Zapatilla Cays by Private Boat
Set sail on a private catamaran to the Zapatilla Cays. Swim in clear waters, snorkel with tropical fish, and stretch out on palm-fringed shores with no one else in sight.
Salt air & slothsDay 8: Crossing to Costa Rica

Day 9: Cahuita’s Wild Heart
Venture into Cahuita National Park on a guided wildlife walk. Watch for monkeys in the canopy, sloths in the trees, and flashes of color among the leaves. Return to the coast for a slow afternoon.
Day 10: A Day to Unwind
Start with a gentle yoga session on the sand. Then, follow your curiosity—rent a bike, visit a local chocolatier, or spend the day doing absolutely nothing at all.
Volcanic rejuvenationDay 11: To Arenal’s Shadow

Day 12: Ziplining & Springs
