Day 1: Arrival in Quito
Arrive in Ecuador’s highland capital and settle into Casa Gangotena, a historic mansion on Plaza San Francisco. While kids explore the courtyard gardens, parents sip canelazo and watch the city’s colonial rhythm unfold beneath the mountains.

Day 2: Old Town & Equator Lines
Discover Quito’s UNESCO-listed Old Town on foot, from Independence Plaza to the gilded halls of La Compañía. In the afternoon, visit Mitad del Mundo, where you’ll straddle the Equator and learn about the region’s celestial and cultural past.

Day 3: Flavors from the Andes
Take the morning at your own pace—visit a museum, stroll a nearby park, or enjoy rooftop views from the hotel. In the afternoon, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on Andean cooking class. Kids shape empanadas and mash potatoes for llapingachos, while local flavors fill the air.

Day 4: To Cotopaxi’s Base
Travel south to Inca Hacienda, a storied estate nestled beneath Cotopaxi’s snowcapped peak. Spend the afternoon exploring the gardens, spotting llamas in the distance, or reading by the fire.

Day 5: Páramo Trails & Warm Fires
Set out on a gentle hike along Cotopaxi’s lower slopes. Glacial vistas, highland wildflowers, and wide open skies make the trail come alive. Return to the hacienda for hot chocolate and a cozy Andean dinner beside the hearth.

Day 6: Arrival in Baños
Descend into the lush gateway to the Amazon and check into Luna Volcán, perched high above the valley. In the afternoon, visit Pailón del Diablo, a dramatic waterfall whose mist and roar delight adventurers of all ages.

Day 7: Zip Lines & Hot Springs
Glide across canyons on a thrilling zip-line circuit, soaring past waterfalls and dense forest. Afterward, relax at nearby thermal springs—let the steam rise and the adventure settle.

Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, your private driver returns you to Quito’s airport. You leave with stories in your pocket, volcanoes in your memory, and the laughter of shared discovery still ringing in your ears.
