Belize’s dry season runs from late November to April, the sunniest time to visit and also peak season for travelers. May and early June are shoulder months with fewer crowds and lower rates, before the wet season begins. June to November brings warmer days, afternoon showers, and hurricane season risks, though storms are most likely August to October.
Unique experiences include lobster season from mid-June to mid-February, celebrated with lively festivals in June and July. Whale sharks gather off the coast of Placencia from March to June, coinciding with the full moon.
